Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND METHODS?
A: Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships with tracking info (if applicable).
* International Shipping
We offer international shipping via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International.
Please note: USPS First Class International only offers tracking until the package leaves the US. Once the package leaves the country, it is essentially in the destination country's customs/mail system's hands. We cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs and it will be the customer's responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs.
We will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you prefer a different shipping option than what's offered, please email us to arrange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A: We believe in our products and stand behind them 100%.
If you aren't satisfied with your product for any reason, we'll accept returns under the following guidelines:
• Item is in original unused condition
• A valid return authorization is issued
• Return process is initiated within 14 days of purchase
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Please be sure to include order number, product info, and reason for return. You will be issued a return authorization which is your OK to send the product(s) back. We will review the product(s) once received and issue your refund if all checks out. Product condition and refund validity will be made at our discretion.
